Wikipedia is Slowing Down

It is probably inevitable that Wikipedia’s growth would begin to taper. I mined all of these charts from Stats.Wikimedia.Org. They show Wikipedia’s growth statistics from its inception in 2001.

The question is, is growth tapering because potential topics have maxed out? Or because of disgruntled Wikipedians leaving the site.
